Este documental, una pena no este en español, detalla de forma poderosa la relacion entre racismo, inequidad y salud.-This 2009 documentary is the best resource for AR Trainers and is powerful and well researched. Even AR trainers will learn something from it, I did.

About Me

Victor M Rodriguez Dominguez: Dr. Rodriguez is a professor in the Department of Chicano and Latino Studies at California State University, Long Beach. He received a bachelor in arts in history at the University of Puerto Rico at Rio Piedras, and doctorate in Comparative Culture (Sociology) was received at the University of California, Irvine. He is a national speaker on Puerto Rican and Latino issues and as anti an racist trainer/organizer has worked with social service agencies, police departments, universities and religious organizations across the United States. His research focus is on the racialization of Latino identity and its impact on political behavior and education. His comparative work on Chicano/Mexican American, Puerto Rican radical politics and the racialization of Latino identity have appeared in books, journals and newspapers, his most recent book on racialization is Latino Politics in the U.S.: Race, Ethnicity Class and Gender in the Mexican American and Puerto Rican Experience. Dubuque, IA: Kendall-Hunt Press, 2005 which was the recipient of an honorable mention in the Gustavus Myer Center Outstanding Books Awards in 2005.
